Steel Blue Giveaway

1. ELIGIBILITY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Steel Blue promotion is open to legal residents of and who currently reside in Tasmania and are 13 years of age or older at time of entry. Rapid Supply Pty Ltd and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses) are ineligible to enter and win. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to these Official Rules as stated herein.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD. The promotion will be held from Monday 19th February, 2024 at 4:00pm AEDT until Sunday 25th February, 2024 at 11:59pm AEDT.

3. ENTRY. During the promotion period, entrants are required to tag a friend and answer the question “why you both should win a new pair.” via the post on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Both the entrant and the tagged friend must be following Rapid Supply on the entrant channel to win. Entries must be received by Rapid Supply no later than Sunday 25th February 2024 at 11:59pm AEDT.

4. PROMOTIONAL GIFTS AND THEIR VALUE. The promotion gifts are a choice of two (2) pairs of Steel Blue Southern Cross Zip Work Boots in the colours and sizes of choice (subject to stock availability). Choose from sand, wheat or black in the mens style or sand in the womens. The prize in its totality will be delivered to the nominated postal address of the entrant, who will then distribute their ‘friends’ pair to them upon receipt. Approximate value of prize is $500.00 AUD. Rapid Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged prizes, once received and in the possession of prize-winner. The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold, returned, or exchanged.

5. PROMOTER. The promoter is Rapid Supply Pty Ltd ABN 50 143 548 627 of 6-8 Stony Rise Rd, Devonport, TAS 7310. All personal details of the entrants will be held by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and Disclosure Statement which can be accessed on our Privacy Policy Page

6. STEEL BLUE BOOTS. Steel Blue Boots have no association or jurisdiction over the competition. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Steel Blue. Participants are providing information to Rapid Supply and not to Steel Blue.

7. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

8. Submission of entry in the competition deems acceptance of the terms. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence regarding winners will be entered into.
